What's Chlorella?

Checking emails right after getting up in the morning. Rushing out to go to work after checking today’s weather forecast and news on the Internet. Doing researches by computers and working hard to prepare many documents for the meetings. Shopping online during off hours. Text-messaging families and friends by cell phone while taking the trains back home.

Being a diligent modern woman, the Internet and e-mail are already the parts of your life. Ironically, the more convenient our lives are, the more people have eyestrains. When we stare at computer screens, our rates of eye blinks drop to only 25%. Also, about 60% of the people with eyestrains suffer from dry eyes. As a result, continual nervous and stress may have changed our faces before knowing it.

Now, let's check how exhausted our eyes are.

How many symptoms do you have?

If you had more than 5 symptoms, you definitely got eyestrain. If you got about three or more symptoms, it was an indication that your eyes are tired.

The areas around our eyes are delicate, and our fatigue and age are easy to show on these areas, such as dark circles under eyes, deepening wrinkles, swollen eyelids, and heaviness of the eyelids, etc.... Even though we already have many eye problems, chronicle eyestrain may accelerate appearance of aging sign. Relieving eye fatigue is very important to maintain youthful eyes.

In order to get rid of your eye tiredness, it is important to refresh your eyes frequently. Occasionally, we should do some eye exercises like close and open our eyes. Especially, massage is effective for refreshing our eyes from chronic fatigue. Please try it!

First of all, massaging from inner corners of eyes to the tails of eyes. Pushing the bone between inner corner of eyes and eyebrows by the sides of thumbs. Be careful not to push to eye balls, and then sliding thumbs from inner corners to the tails of eyes. Repeating these steps by 5 times. Next, pinching base of nose slowly with thumb and forefinger; massaging up and down by 5 times. Lastly, massaging around eyes. Putting thumbs on temples, forming fists, and massaging around eyes by the second joint of forefinger by 5 times.

Massaging the muscles around shoulders and neck can also relieve our eyestrain. It is good to just crane neck or stretch arms. Refreshing yourselves by relieving your eye fatigue. With healthy eyes, you should look a couple of years younger than your real age.
