Tobaccos contain active oxygen, and active oxygen is also produced during detoxification of tar. We should quit smoking if it is possible. Moderate alcohol intake is fine, but drinking too much make our bodies overproduce active oxygen when alcohol is detoxified in our livers.

If you often go out, you need to anti-UV thoroughly! Ultraviolet rays generate harmful active oxygen and destroy skins from inside. Please be careful if you often feel stress. Active oxygen is generated in the process of secreting adrenal cortical hormone. Please avoid staying in a stressful environment.

If you often eat out, you have to be careful! Because processed foods contain food additives, active oxygen is generated when our bodies detoxify those food additives. We should eat more organic foods. Moreover, strenuous exercises generate active oxygen. Light exercises are no problem such as yoga and walking. Those people whose immune systems are overactive or who have allergies tend to accumulate more active oxygen. Also, our bodies generate a great amount of active oxygen when detoxifying the polluted air in our bodies.
