Payment Methods

You can order and pay securely online with our shopping cart. Sun Chlorella Corp. accepts payment by most major credit cards, China UnionPay, or PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, and other non-secure methods for your purchases. If you have any question about choosing a payment method, please contact our customer service representatives.

How to order
Shopping cart

You have the option to edit or remove item(s) from the shopping cart. Click on the "Shopping Cart" link from the product description pages or click on the shopping bag icon in the top navigation bar. We will keep your shopping cart for up to 12 hours. We will do our best to fulfill all orders; however, we may encounter some out-of-stock items due to the rapidly increase in demands. We will inform you if any item you would like to purchase is no longer available or the delivery will be delayed. We also reserve the rights to limit quantities based on merchandise availability.

Change or cancel an order
Changing the quantity of an item

While you are still shopping or during checkout, you can increase or decrease the quantity of an item by changing the "Quantity" field on the line that refers to the product you intend to change.

Making changes after you placed an order

If you need to make any change to your order after you placed it, please contact our customer service representatives. Please note that processing will take place immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.

Removing items while you are still shopping

If you are in the shopping cart screen and haven't clicked "Proceed to Checkout", you can remove a single item by clicking on the "Remove Item" and checking on the line that refers to the product you want to remove.

Removing items during checkout

If you are in the checkout process but have not yet submit your order, you are able to remove items from the shopping cart by clicking on the "Remove Item" and checking on the line that refers to the product you intend to remove.

What happens if I click "clear order"?

Clicking "Clear Order" on the Order Summary page during the checkout process will remove your entire order and empty your shopping cart.

Canceling after the order has been placed

If you have sent your order and would like to cancel it, please contact our customer service representatives by clicking the "Contact Us" button. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to cancel the order.

If the order has been shipped to you

You will have to return the merchandise. Please contact our customer service representatives by clicking the "Contact Us" button.

All parcels are shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service) with tracking numbers and insurances.

Shipping cost

The international shipping cost including the insurance and shipping service charge shown in your shopping cart is automatically calculated for each order based on the total weight of the products, products packaging, packaging materials, shipping boxes or bags, and your shipping address.

Restricted Articles

Depending on the regulations in your country, some articles may be restricted. Please be aware of your domestic regulations and inform yourself in order to avoid any inconvenience caused.

Products including batteries

The products do not include any kind of batteries due to the safety regulation concerning Dangerous Goods of Hazardous Material imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the International Air Transportation Association (IATA), and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

Returned parcels

Undelivered and returned parcels for various reasons such as fail to deliver, shipping address is incorrect, the parcel is unclaimed after several delivery attempts, customs duties are not paid by the customer, or the customer decline to accept the parcel upon delivery will be shipped back to us. In this case, we will refund you same amount you have paid for products upon receipt with the original condition, but not for shipping and its related charges.

Please do not request us to under-declare the value lower than a certain value. We declare the values of your purchased items at the full purchase prices. All duties and customs fees are the responsibilities of the customer. Please mark as "Gift" or "Personal use" in the order form. We will declare upon your request.

About tax payment

If duties have to be paid, you will usually receive a notification from the local authorities. Taxes and duties can be paid at your local post office. Please note that the payment methods may be varied, depending on the requirement in your country.

Return Policy

Please contact our customer service representatives for further details if you would like to return an item you purchased from us. Please note that all returns must be new, unopened, and contain all original packaging as well as accessories. The proof of your order and a form of personal identification may be required. Some items may not be returned. You may be required to pay all costs occurred because of your returns. Other restrictions may apply.

Exchange Policy
